Education and Medical Training
Dr. Selen Ecemiş was born in Adana on February 8, 1975. She completed her secondary education at Tarsus American College between 1986-1993 . She started her medical education at Marmara University Faculty of Medicine (English) in 1993 and graduated from the faculty in 1999 with the seventh degree.
After graduation, she started her specialization training at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine, Department of Radiology with the Medical Specialization Exam (TUS) . In 2002, she continued her specialization training at Istanbul Göztepe Training and Research Hospital, Gynecology and Obstetrics Clinic .
Professional Experience
Dr. Ecemiş has worked in many prestigious hospitals and in vitro fertilization centers throughout her career:
- She completed her specialization thesis on “Evaluation of the effect of vaginal delivery on bladder neck mobility and stress urinary incontinence using perineal ultrasonography” .
- In 2007, he completed his compulsory service at Kilis State Hospital .
- In 2008, she started working at Bahçeci Women’s Health and IVF Clinic .
- Between 2009 and 2010, she completed the Ankara University Faculty of Medicine Assisted Reproductive Treatment Methods Training Program .
- He worked at the German Hospital, Koşuyolu Umut IVF Center and Medipol Hospital.
- Between 2013 and 2014, he worked as a responsible physician at the Reproductive Health and In Vitro Fertilization Clinic of Kadıköy Şifa Hospital .
- Between 2014 and 2021, she worked as a Gynecologist and Obstetrician and also as the Responsible Manager at Umut IVF Center and Ankara Bahçeci IVF Center .
- He has been accepting patients in his own clinic since June 2021.
